One model 728 base does not work. The rotating arrow does a full 360 & the head does not power on. It could be a battery issue. I’m not sure. Selling it AS IS.

Each head has been independently tested on the working base. Each head works properly & one of the 728 bases work properly. The battery does seem to die quickly on the working 728 base.

I would recommend replacing the batteries of this unit.
