Installation Instructions

Rod Specifications: Surface hardness HRC55°–60°, surface roughness ±0.01, diameter < 0.1mm/m, and a length preferably controlled to 20–30 times its diameter. The rod's two ends must be chamfered 1×30°;

Shaft Rotation: The direction of rotation from the take-up shaft to the guide shaft can be reversed, but the installation position of the reversing lever must be adjusted. Otherwise, it will not be able to reverse direction. Facing the dial, a clockwise rotation of the guide shaft is considered forward rotation. The reversing lever's direction-changing pulley is installed at the position below the dial. The product is shipped from the factory set for forward rotation. If the guide shaft needs to rotate in reverse, simply adjust the reversing lever by rotating it 180° to the correct position. Otherwise, it will not reverse.

Reel and Guide Rod: Under normal circumstances, the guide rod's speed should be lower than the reel's speed. This helps extend the service life of the guide rod and the wire dispenser. The guide rod speed-to-reel speed ratio should generally be between 1:1 and 1:5. It is recommended to avoid using the “1” mark on the dial indicator.
