General disclaimers
I am not the original owner of my cards. I get these cards in bulk, often sight unseen. I take great care in all aspects to properly test and describe them, but I am human. Should you request further information not provided feel free to shoot me a message asking and I'll get back to you when I can. I care about my reputation, but care more about making sure you are happy with the purchase and know what you are getting.
Repair: There was absolutely no repair attempt not disclosed. As mentioned, I am not the original owner. I don't know the full history. But I do know what I am capable of and comfortable doing. The extent of what I can do is swap thermal pads/paste, change fans, replace screws. I do not do board level repair. If I see evidence of anything though, it will be disclosed. If the warranty seal is broken, I scrutinize much harder for such evidence.
Warranty: I do not accept returns. Although, if I improperly described an item, that's on me. I would be happy to work with you on it all the way up to opening a return (if it is a deal breaker issue). Ebay policy covers the buyer up to 3 months on items, anything past that I cannot help you even if I wanted to. Unfortunately, I have had several individuals abuse this system. If a return is opened, I will pay for return shipping, but cannot release your full funds until I confirm that the item wasn't tampered with further. I write down serials and take high res pictures prior to sale, and I will fight it if I find there was anything done. I am an honest person and hope you are the same. This is an Ebay policy that I am invoking, not one I am making up.
Offers: If you do not see the Make an Offer button, I didn't enable it for a reason. Feel free to shoot me an offer, but dont be surprised when I don't respond, I often won't read them. Messaging me more won't help, it will get you on the banned buyer list. I reevaluate my pricing every few days, so my price will change then and not when you want it to. I hate that I have to put this section here, but most of my time shouldn't be spent fielding low ball offers. I price my items fairly based on market value of recently sold items. If it is mis-priced, let it not sell. There is room for haggling when the option is enabled, otherwise don't waste both our time.
What's included: Everything pictured or described, nothing more or implied. If I don't show a picture of the box, it isn't included and I probably never had it to begin with.
Testing I do:
Visual inspection of housing and visible PCB(every card)
Visual inspection of PCB without heatsink (only if warranty seal was already broken) under a microscope
All ports
Bios switches
GPU-Z for general info and sensor tab
HWInfo for max sensor reading
GPU Tweak manual and auto fan settings
Furmark (10 minute test, take a photo, 10 more minutes)
Occt (1 hour test with variable settings)
Superposition (4k optimized)
3d mark (TimeSpy and Steel Nomad)
*I then remove the card and wait at least 24 hours to perform further tests.*
Black Myth Wukong (2 hour test, featured upscale enabled, no RT)
Cyberpunk benchmark
At minimum I test for 2 hours a day for more than two days. This gives the best chance of not getting an issue that randomly pops up. I carefully watch thermals and power throughout all testing with overlays, multiple programs, and physical power passthrough boards reading the sensors. Should I see anything odd I will disclose what was done to resolve it. I clean the card with a mix of IPA and DI water with a microfiber cloth. I place it in an antistatic bag and wrap it in bubble wrap then place it into a cardboard box for shipping and tape it up. Once purchased I buy a label, print it off at home, then drop it off in person at the post office. Should the card be valued about $750 I will require a signature due to Ebay policy.
