A: Yes. We use upgraded Nylon wheels, each with 2 life time lubricated bearing ensure slide smoothly and quietly. Test beyond 120,000 rolls.
Q: What is the function of the Door Stoppers?
A: Two door stoppers slide along the rail and tighten down at any point to stop your door exactly where you want, and they’re cushioned by rubber caps for a quiet close.
Q: What is Anti-jumpers and what does it do?
A: Two little round discs- go on top of the door and won't allow door to be lifted off rail unless they're turned.
Q: How much clearance do I need above the top of the door?
A: 5-6'' clearance needed.
Q: What thickness should my door panel be in order to be used?
A:Suitable for door thicknesses from 1.18" to 1.96".

Q: What is the function of the floor guide? Must it be installed?
A: Yes. This standard T-shaped floor guide is used to keep the door stable and prevent it from swinging.

A: For this style floor guide the Door bottom groove is required, If your door does not have a bottom groove, you will need to purchase an additional floor guide of another type.
