PLEASE READ – HEATING FUNCTION DOES NOT WORK

This is a ZNCL-BS laboratory magnetic stirrer with hot plate. The magnetic stirring function works properly, but the hot plate / heating function does NOT heat.

The unit powers on, the control panel lights up, and the stirring motor operates as intended. The heating element does not engage and does not warm the plate.
