Sanford's (empty) Black Ink-Student's Ink Stand from around 1892, as the bottom of the ink well says that it was patented in 1891 and 1892.  Glass with cork top that says "Jasmine" Ink of Quality, so perhaps it is not the original top, but it fits well.  Label intact with a few rough edges. There is a couple of divots on the top of the well for the pen and ink.
In great shape.
Measures about 3 inches  by about 1 1/4 inches by about 2 3/4 inches from the base to the top of the lid.
