A stunning original Type 1 photograph of a Greenlandic Inuit father and daughter, from the production of the movie S.O.S. Eisenburg in 1932, which was filmed on location in Umanak, on the west coast of Greenland. The back of the photo includes the caption "Greenland Father and Daughter", ".... DR. FANCK GRONLAND EXPEDITION" in red, and Reproduction Prohibited statements in German and English.
The photo is about 9.25" x 11.5" and is in good condition as shown, with tanned back and corner wear including the very tip of the lower right hand torn. The image is very clear and of high resolution.
A wonderful piece of both Inuit and movie history and an awesome addition to any collection. I ship every day the post office is open with your item safely packed the way it deserves to be. I always combine shipping and will refund back any overage when you buy multiple items.
