UK Delivery
We use DPD, Royal Mail, DHL and EVRI for UK Deliveries. We offer FREE Next Working Day delivery on most items we sell unless stated otherwise in the listing. Shipping not in Mainland UK, such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the British Isles, may be subject to a delivery surcharge. Please read the listing carefully.

We also allow collection/pick-up. If you would like to collect your order or use a third-party courier, please message us to arrange.

European Delivery
We use DPD, Royal Mail, UPS and DHL for European Deliveries. Delivery options and time frames vary depending on your country. All orders are shipped 'Delivered at Place' (DAP) so you may be subject to customs and duties once goods arrive in the destination country, if applicable.

Please note: Orders over 150 Euros with a shipping address in the EU are subject to Tax and Customs fees in the country of destination. The courier will contact you for payment once your consignment arrives

Pallets or Large Consignments (UK/International)
We deliver Pallets or Large Consignments to all mainland UK addresses; these will be delivered via Palletline or an alternative Pallet Courier, depending on your location. We do not ship Pallets or Large consignments internationally; the buyer can arrange to collect these via their chosen courier.

How can I Track My order?
Your tracking number is uploaded to your order once it is ready for dispatch. To track your order or to see the courier partner for your delivery, please check your dispatch confirmation email (which will also include your tracking reference).

Returns

We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service experience we can. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, we will do our utmost to work with you to resolve any issues swiftly. If you would like to return your product, please read carefully below.

30-Day Returns
If you're not 100% happy with your product, just let us know within 30 days of delivery, and you can return it to us to receive a full refund. Our friendly team will be happy to help with any questions you might have about returning your product. All you have to do is contact our customer service team via eBay messages. You can reach them Monday to Saturday, 9 am - 5 pm. Please review additional conditions that could affect your refund
  
    1. If the item is not returned in original condition with accessories, we will only make a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product; this could be up to 50% of the price of the item.
    2. If the item is returned with irreparable damage (unable to be restocked), we may deny your refund entirely. All orders should be checked on delivery, and any damage reported directly to us within 2 working days of you receiving your order, as we cannot guarantee that we will accept any damage claims submitted after this time.

Unless you have been provided with a pre-paid returns label, we recommend that you return the item/s on a tracked service (requiring proof of delivery) as we will not be liable if the return parcel is lost.

Before Returning
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service via eBay Message within the returns or warranty period, valid from the date of receipt. When packing your item/s for return, ensure they are fully protected as we will not be held liable for any damage caused in transit, and this could cause a delay in any repair/refund process, as this would need to be investigated with the courier and could incur a partial refund if you are found to be at fault due to insufficient item protection.

Any and all refunds are only processed once the item has been returned to us. Once the item is back with us, please allow refunds up to 48 hours for refunds to be processed

How to Return a Faulty Item.
Most items sold on the Vulu eBay store come with a 1-year return to base warranty unless stated otherwise. In the unlikely event that a fault occurs within this period, please get in contact with us so we can attempt to resolve.  If we are unable to resolve the fault remotely or over the phone, we will ask you to open a return request on eBay, where you will be issued a pre-paid returns link, whereby you can arrange to drop off your item/s or arrange collection of the item/s via Royal Mail for diagnosis and repair. In some rare cases, we may arrange collection by a different third-party courier; this is on a case-by-case basis.

*Please note that if you are located outside of the UK, we are unable to offer a collection service. We ask that you pay the return postage. If the item is faulty, we will reimburse your postage cost*

If returning a Laptop or PC, before returning, please back up your data as we are not liable for any data loss and remove any passwords or locks, if you would like us to access the Operating system to test any faults

Once we have the item back, we will:

  • Diagnose the fault
  • Repair/replace any faulty parts or components
  • Test the item to ensure any issues are resolved
  • Physically clean the item
  • Return the item using our next-day courier service (no additional cost)
  • Repairs can take up to 4-5 working days once the item has arrived back with us.

If we are unable to repair your device for any reason, we would then offer to replace your item with a like-for-like device. If we are out of stock of this item, we would then offer you an alternative or a device of your choosing, up to the value that you paid for your original order.
