Once dispatched orders will be delivered by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.
Royal Mail will send updates to the customer's email address provided to us by Ebay. If delivery is confirmed but the item has not been received we advise to first check with neighbours and then with the delivery person/office.
Delivery problems are rare but if they occur they should be reported to us within 30 days. It is not possible for us to track any information after this time so refunds will not be granted after this period.
We understand that items are not always deemed suitable once they arrive. Where possible, it is preferred that unwanted items remain unopened.
The customer must pay to return the order and will be refunded provided all goods are returned in new condition as sold and with the original packaging.
Please do not use brown tape directly on any of our packaging. Brown tape causes permanent damage.
It is the buyers responsibility to check that items received are correct and in order, this must be done within 30 days of the purchase date.
Cancellation for an order that has not been delivered/dispatched
The delivery lorry is loaded at 1pm daily and we will not be able to retrieve a parcel to cancel or make changes during this transition period. Please be sure to give us plenty of notice if a change or cancellation is required and we will do our best to accommodate but this cannot be guaranteed.
