This is a completely untouched example from this high-quality, and much-missed kit manufacturer.  Although it is supposedly restarting manufacture, under new ownership, and appeared to be taking money for kits on "back order", the website now appears to have been closed down within the past week (as at 23/03/26).  

Unlike most DJH kits, this one comes complete with an Anchoridge D11 motor, and gears, so that that other than consumables and plates it is a complete kit, requiring nothing more to build it.  The Romford/Markits wheels provided are to OO gauge. 

As you can see everything is still sealed in the bags, and the boiler and footplate castings are still sealed together with factory Sellotape.  There are a couple of leaky bags, however:  firstly, some of the the Romford crankpins have escaped from one bag, so a sealed bag of Romford crankpins is included to bring the number up; and secondly, the bag of motion rivets has sprung a leak, so the 35mm film canister visible contains the leaky bag, and loose rivets: there are a good number of rivets present, which from a cursory inspection appears sufficient, but I cannot guarantee this: I do however, hold a large stock of motion rivets (one can never have enough modelling consumables!), so if on construction you find that you are missing a few I should be happy to post the requisite number through with my compliments.  Therefore I don't believe that one could buy a better example of this kit than this one.

I believe that everything that should be there is there.  However, I have photographed the instructions to allow you to check, so please satisfy yourself that everything that you think should be there is there before purchase, as it is just tough luck if anything is missing.
