All our items are sent out via "Royal Mail" parcel service unless we state for collection only or if the item requires Evri's cheaper parcel courier service.  Our postal prices are dependent on size and weight once they are packed up.  We try to post out every other day, we can combine postage too to reduce your costs, but this will depend on the overall weight and size of the combined parcel. 

 
We only refund if the item is faulty for any reason, other than if the fault is detailed in the listing.  We are very careful that all our goods are in perfect order before we list them, or faults will be highlighted in the listing. we also only refund the price you paid + postage (not return postage) 

 
All our goods come from a pet and smoke free home.

We keep our buyers informed all the time on the progress of their purchases.  We require payment via PayPal within 3 working days or immediately if the listing requires.  If this is a problem, please let us know and we can allow for more time.  If payment is not made, and no reason given we will request that the sale is cancelled stating reason of "non-payment" and then the item will be relisted.
