Live collected, more "inflated" and less elongated profile compared to the Northern Red Sea populations, heavy and fully mature with beautiful pattern. The dorsal surface and the base presents some minor, slightly rough superficial blemishes. These are not natural growth defects, but rather the result of insufficient cleaning processes by local fishermen immediately after collection. These residues (likely trace calcifications or organic matter) remain on the surface but do not affect the integrity of the underlying original enamel. A really great specimen and with not this natural flaws have another price! At 67.5 mm, this specimen is an exceptional "giant" representative of the Eritrean populations, significantly exceeding the average adult size
