KT315A–KT315I
Silicon PNP
Transistors USSR Vintage NOS
Lot of 100 pcs
Item
Description:
Offered are original Soviet-era KT315 series Silicon NPN transistors, covering variants KT315A
through KT315I (КТ315А – КТ315И). These low-power, high-frequency Silicon transistors were widely used in USSR
audio, RF, and signal-processing equipment, including portable radios,
preamplifiers, oscillators, and switching stages.
Manufactured
in the USSR to military/industrial standards, KT315 devices are valued today
for restoration of vintage electronics and for their characteristic sound in audio applications.
