This Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date Sea-Dweller Ref. 16600T, produced in 2006, is a professional-grade diver’s watch built for precision and durability. Housed in a 40mm stainless steel case with a screw-down crown and case back, it features a unidirectional rotating bezel, sapphire crystal, and helium escape valve, making it suitable for deep-sea exploration.
The watch is powered by the Rolex Caliber 3135, a self-winding movement with 31 jewels, hacking seconds, and a quick-set date function. As a certified Swiss chronometer, it is adjusted for accuracy in five positions and temperature. The movement delivers a 48-hour power reserve and operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour.
The black dial is designed for optimal legibility, featuring luminous applied hour markers, a white minute/second track, and luminous hands. The date display is located at 3 o’clock.
This Sea-Dweller is fitted with a stainless steel Oyster bracelet (Ref. 93160A) that accommodates wrists up to 7 inches (17.8 cm). The watch is in very good pre-owned condition, showing some wear consistent with some use, while the case, bezel, dial, and bracelet remain well-preserved. Fully inspected and authenticated by our in-house watchmaker, it is running accurately and ready to wear.
The Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date is a classic timepiece that blends the iconic elements of Rolex innovation—precision, durability, and timeless design. Introduced in the mid-1950s, the model evolved alongside Rolex’s major advancements, including the introduction of the waterproof Oyster case in 1926 and the self-winding “Perpetual” rotor movement patented in 1931. The Date series shares DNA with the famed Datejust, offering the signature date window at 3 o’clock with the Cyclops magnifying lens, first introduced in 1953. Over the decades, Rolex continually improved the collection with upgraded calibers, quickset functionality, sapphire crystals, and evolving luminous materials—from tritium to Luminova, Super-Luminova, and ultimately Chromalight. Robust yet refined, the Oyster Perpetual Date remains a versatile choice for those seeking understated elegance with everyday functionality, embodying Rolex’s heritage of mechanical excellence and design innovation.

Vintage watches often run smaller than today’s standards. Men’s wristwatches typically measure between 29–36mm (excluding the crown), while women’s models—especially from the early 1900s to the 1970s—can be considerably smaller. We encourage you to review the measurements provided and reach out with any sizing questions.
Our collection features timepieces that are 20 to 100 years old. Naturally, they may show honest signs of age such as light scratches, patina, or worn straps—features that often add to their unique character and charm. Unless noted as recently serviced, vintage watches may eventually require routine maintenance to keep accurate time. If you’re looking for quartz-level precision, a modern watch may be a better fit.
We offer a mix of brand new and pre-owned watches. Pre-owned pieces might have some cosmetic wear, which we always describe clearly. Take a close look at the photos and don’t hesitate to message us if you have any questions before buying.
We do not use Photoshop to hide imperfections—only to clean up the background. What you see is what you’ll get. We take great care to present our watches honestly and transparently, and we’re proud to stand behind every piece we sell.
We ship worldwide with care and promptness. Domestic orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after payment clears; international shipping times vary by destination. Tracking information will be provided once your package ships.
Returns or exchanges must be arranged in advance, and we must follow our return policy. If you have any questions about shipping, payment, or our terms, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.
