We sell all conditions from New to Not Working/Parts Only. Unless otherwise noted in the listing, “New” does not imply that this item is covered under any type of warranty. Our company does not offer extended warranties, but eBay may offer a variety of extended warranties during the purchasing process. We are not affiliated with any of those warranties and have no information as to how they work or what they will cover. Please contact the provider that is covering the extended warranty that was purchased. This information can usually be found in Purchase History near or combined with the item it was purchased for.

If we do not respond to a message on Saturday or Sunday it is because the warehouse is closed and support is minimal. Any message sent over the weekend will get a response on Monday at the latest.

We have a 30-day return policy on all items.

New, factory sealed items that have been opened will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

We will accept returns due to incorrect items or DOA shipments.

Defective products must be returned within 5 days of the eBay return date. We will replace the item with another one (if available) or refund the sale.

All items must be returned with proper packaging.
