Polk Audio PSW350 Powered 10 inch Subwoofer Home Audio Tested W/video.  This unit works perfectly and sounds great.  There is a ding on the front top that was my fault.  A speaker from a shelf above fell and clipped it leaving the mark.  It is cosmetic only, no impact on the unit itself.
