There are signs of use such as scuffs and dirt, but it is still in usable condition.
White rust can be seen at the base of the handle balancer. It is unknown whether it is stuck or not.
There is a “jar” sound when rotating, but the rotation is smooth.
Operation has been confirmed.

The handle knob and balancer have been replaced.
Parts that appear to have been originally included are also included.
