The RingConn Smart Ring differs from standard rings because it contains sensors on the inside. For best fit, use the sizing kit provided to measure your finger accurately. The rings are available in sizes 6 to 14, accommodating a variety of finger sizes.

Wrap the sizing gauge snugly around the base of your finger, avoiding any rotation. Wear it consistently for over 24 hours to ensure this snug fit. The goal is for the ring to fit snugly against your skin without rotating, providing optimal data collection and comfort.
