This is an antique French style Rococo revival hexagonal porcelain trinket or jewelry box , likely late 19thc-early 20thc., and marked “Lille.” The hinged opening is framed with brass. It measures 2” in diameter and is 7/8” deep. I can find no chips or cracks.
