Question 1: is this light bulb suitable for my car?
A: We can match almost any vehicle to our bulb size. EBay only allows us to include some vehicle accessories in each list, but if your vehicle is not shown in the compatibility table at the top of our list, you are welcome to contact us for free consulate before purchasing the product.
Question 2: my stuff hasn't arrived yet. How did it take so long?
A: Sometimes the project costs more than expected, especially if it is going to a far or rural area. Check your post office to see if your project is reserved. Sometimes USP does not update the tracking number until it reaches the destination. If your items are not available in a few days, please let us know so that we can double check and help you resolve them as soon as possible.
Question 3: do I need to indicate the year, manufacture and model number on the order?
A: Yes. Please include the year, brand and model number in the notes section at the time of closing to ensure that you receive everything you need for the kit!
Question 4: my ball is not suitable. Help me!
A: Special bulb holders may be required. See if you can remove the holder from the stock. If not, let's know.
The bulb size may not be correct. Please double check the items you received and the items you ordered.
Do you have aftermarket lighting? These may not be fully applicable to after-sales bulbs and require some manual modifications.
Question 5: lighting on both sides? Flashing, flashing or inconsistent operation on both sides.
A: Check the headlamp fuse and then check the ballast plug to ensure that it is installed correctly. If it does not work, there may be a voltage problem with the vehicle. You may only need a relay or capacitor.
Question 6: warning on polarity
Unlike halogen bulbs, LEDs are polarity sensitive.
Before starting the installation of the LED kit, you can verify the polarity of the vehicle by simply inserting the LED bulb into the vehicle socket.
-If your lights are on, continue to install two bulbs in your car.
-If the light is not on, disconnect the bulb and turn over the socket to reverse polarity (this will not damage your vehicle electrical system in any way). Once it is determined that the LED bulb is on, continue to install the two bulbs on the vehicle.
Note: when polarity is involved, there is no convention. Different automakers have different polarity settings, and even in the vehicle model, the polarity settings on the low beam and high beam may be different.
