Leopard Machine Sales must be contacted within 30 days of receiving the item if planning to make a return. After receiving an item, we will exchange for a similar item if in stock or issue a full refund, it will be upon buyers decision. Returned items must be insured and received in the same condition as it was received. We do offer Hustle Free Returns, which means: we will cover original and return shipping fees.
