This item is a vintage Wometco Home Theater (WHT) decoder box from the late 1970s or early 1980s.

Function: It was used to descramble subscription television signals over-the-air before cable TV became dominant.

Features: The front panel includes knobs for volume and decoding levels, along with a switch to toggle between standard TV and the WHT service.

Design: It features a wood-grain vinyl finish on a metal cabinet, typical of electronic components from that era.

Condition is used. May have some minor blemishes which I have taken pictures of.
