• SHIPPING: All orders are shipped either USPS Priority Mail Insured with Signature Confirmation (signature required depending on value) or USPS First Class. We only ship to the buyer's address that is pre-registered with eBay at the time of purchase/checkout. Any request to ship to an address other than the registered address will be denied and reported to eBay. Orders are generally processed within 1 business day unless otherwise noted. Please allow extra handling time when noted as we occasionally travel to trade shows. Every effort will be made to process your order within a timely manner.
• TRACKING: Will be provided for every shipment. Please see your order for the tracking information. It will be posted once a label is issued on our end.
• NON-BULLION RETURNS – As stated above, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• BULLION RETURNS - We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, however, we may issue a partial refund based on current market value at the time of return.
• ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been confirmed and paid that are cancelled prior to shipment may be subject up to a 3% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled prior to payment/checkout will be cancelled without a cancellation fee assessed.
• NON-PAYMENT: If payment has not been received after 7 days of purchase/end date of auction and customer has not made other arrangements, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. 
• A NOTE ABOUT RETURNS: Please do not use the eBay return reason "didn't match description or photos" as certified coins and currency have serial numbers which can be authenticated by the eBay approved third-party grading services. If the wrong reason is used to return an item, Sellers are charged with a defect which can cause our eBay fees to increase. This would force us to raise our prices. Please help us keep the prices as LOW as we can! In the unlikely event we shipped the wrong item, the item was damaged during shipping, or we had the wrong photo with the listing, you are welcome to use the appropriate return reason. If the return policy is misused however, you will be reported to eBay. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship to specific countries only through eBay's Global Shipping Program. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you are unsure if your country is eligible for the GSP or if the item in questions will meet the requirements for eligibility, please contact us or eBay's customer service prior to making a purchase. Requests to ship direct, avoiding the Global Shipping Program, will be denied.
• SALES TAX: eBay now collects sales tax directly for many US States. Based on the current applicable tax laws, eBay will calculate, collect, and remit sales tax on our behalf (as well as other sellers and registered dealers) for the affected, respective states. We do not calculate, receive or remit the sales tax for any of our transactions. It is all done automatically by eBay. For more information on the new tax laws, please click here. Registered dealers should contact eBay and fill out the proper forms for tax exemption. Please contact eBay directly if you have any questions in regards to sales tax.
• FRAUD: We reserve the right to cancel any transaction in which fraudulent persons, activities, or funds are suspected. No partial payments, multiple payments, layaway or overpayments will be accepted. 
• SEE AN ERROR? Please let us know. We do make occasional mistakes and would never intentionally list something incorrectly.

Making Offers? Keep this in mind when making us an offer to increase your chances of making a successful offer. We do our best to consider all reasonable offers, however, we work on extremely close margins. So if your offer is not reasonably close to our Buy It Now price, we probably won't be able to make a deal. We do realize that market values fluctuate, but if you would like an explanation of the value of any item, we would be happy to provide one.
