Vintage black ceramic toilet cistern in a stepped Art Deco style. Made from heavy glazed sanitaryware (vitreous china).

Marked BS1125 and 2 GALL inside.

The cistern was removed during renovation and is being sold as a reclaimed architectural salvage item. It has the classic angular profile typical of mid-20th century bathroom fittings.

It could be used for:

• bathroom restoration

• architectural salvage projects

• or repurposed as a garden planter or feature.

Condition reflects age and previous use. There are surface marks and signs of wear as shown in the photos. I have not tested the internal fittings and it is sold as seen.
