🔄 RETURN / REFUND POLICY

✅ Lost Items - If the FedEx or USPS loses your order, or the tracking number ceases to update, the carrier will require 2-weeks from the day of shipping before a “lost mail claim” can be filed. Once the “lost mail claim” has been honored by the carrier, you’ll will be given the option to receive a full refund or a replacement.

✅ Damaged Items - If your order arrives damaged:

**Our prints are insured by the carrier. For us to file a damage claim, you must provide the following:

🔴 You MUST report the damage to us within 7 days of delivery, no exceptions

🔴 Provide photos of:

              1. The overall, entire print

              2. Close-up of damage (more photos the better)

              3. Damage to shipping box / tube (if any)

              4. Shipping label on the box / tube

 

✅ If damage is visible upon delivery, refuse the package and notify us immediately.

✅ Based on the damage, we may provide a full refund, replacement, or partial refund if you choose to repair the item.

✅ Returns for Other Reasons - If you choose to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect:

- A 10% restocking fee will be applied.

- A $15 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

- The item must be returned to its original condition to qualify for a refund.

✅ Incorrect Shipping Address - If you provide an incorrect address, or if the carrier determines your shipping address is incorrect and/or undeliverable and your order is returned to us, we will need to wait for the order to arrive at our facility before correcting the address and shipping it back to you. A new print will not be sent as a replacement while the original order is returning.

✅ You will be provided with a link to purchase a new shipping label before the order is sent back to you. The charge will be determined on the size, weight, and new address of the package.

✅ Incorrect shipping addresses do not constitute a reason for a full refund. The order will be returned to you. Refusal to pay the additional shipping cost back may result in a partial refund, minus production costs, shipping labels, and a restocking fee of 10%.
