From the front and sides case looks 100% stock.

All mounting screws are included and accounted for.

Rear has a small cutout, an older (and longer than ATX spec) 1000W PSU wasn't meant to fit in the nook in the front so it was put above the motherboard, the cutout was for the plug.

One of the drive brackets was removed from beside the motherboard for the same reason, still supports 2 spaces for 2.5/3.5 format HDD/SSDs that suspend from the top, 3.5" use special vibration isolators and screws.

The front metalwork of the case(behind the faceplate) was partially removed, can sneak a much larger GPU into the unit, so long as you understand what you are doing.
