Step-by-Step Installation Guide
(Note: Basic hand tools are recommended; always consult your vehicle’s manual for crankcase ventilation system locations before starting.)
Open your vehicle’s hood and locate the crankcase ventilation hoses (typically connected to the intake manifold and valve cover).
Disconnect the existing ventilation tube and set it aside for reference.
Wrap anti-slip tape around the threaded portion of the provided screws—this ensures a secure, vibration-resistant fit.
Attach the screws to the oil catch can’s mounting points.
Use your vehicle-appropriate nuts and bolts (not included) to secure the included bracket to the catch can and a stable spot in the engine bay (e.g., a firewall bolt or frame bracket).
Remove the temporary screws, then reposition the oil catch can onto the bracket using the same screw holes—tighten firmly.
Cut the included fuel line to a length that fits between the crankcase vent port and the catch can’s inlet/outlet (measure twice to avoid excess slack or tension).
Slide the provided clamps onto both ends of the fuel line, then connect the line to the catch can’s fittings and the vehicle’s vent ports. Tighten the clamps securely to prevent leaks.
