“When will my items be dispatched?”

We post within 24 hours often earlier. All orders placed after 9am Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. (Bank Holidays aside, then next available post)

“When will my items arrive?”

Unless otherwise stated your order will be carried by the Royal Mail 2nd Class.

If you wish 1st Class postage, please contact prior to purchase.

Below are the official Royal Mail estimates:

Royal Mail 2nd Class – 3 to 7 working days

Royal Mail 1st Class – 1 to 3 working days

With 20+ years of experience in e-commerce we can tell you that these are ONLY estimates, delivery can sometimes take a little longer.

This is most noticeable at peak times like Christmas, Easter, Halloween & Valentine’s Day.

If you need your items by a certain date, please make sure you place your order in good time to ensure you have them exactly when you need them.

“What if there is problem with my order?”

We do everything in our power to make sure we only stock the highest quality product’s. All our items are packed with care to make sure they arrive with you in perfect condition.

Despite our best efforts a small percentage of orders (approximately 000.3%) arrive damaged or go missing during transit.

In the rare occasion that your items arrive in anything less than perfect condition, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible.

We will send you a replacement as soon as possible, or we will offer you a full refund if you prefer.

We have never received negative feedback from a customer who contacted us prior to leaving feedback.
