At Inside and Outside Stuff, orders are packed with care and shipped quickly so you receive your items safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Orders are typically shipped within:

• 1–2 business days after payment is received
  (Excluding weekends, holidays, or severe weather delays)

If additional processing time is needed, buyers will be notified through eBay Messages.

Tracking Information

All orders come with tracking numbers uploaded to eBay once your package ships.
You can monitor the delivery status anytime directly through eBay.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically by eBay based on:

• Your zip code
• The item’s weight and dimensions
• The selected carrier and service level

Some items may offer free shipping, which will be clearly marked in the listing.

Combined Shipping

If you purchase multiple items, I do my best to combine shipments to save you money whenever possible.

If eBay does not automatically combine your shipping:

• I can send a revised invoice with adjusted shipping costs

Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
I can only ship to the address provided through eBay for seller and buyer protection.

Delivery Issues

If your package is:

• Damaged in transit

  For damaged items, photos of the packaging and product are required for carrier claims.

Returns Accepted: Yes
Return Window: 30 days from delivery
Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

General Return Guidelines

At Inside and Outside Stuff, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you need to return an item, please contact me through eBay Messages within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused, unwashed, and free of odors or pet hair
• Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories
• Securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.

Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or simply no longer want the product:

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact me right away with photos and a brief description.

In these cases, I will:

• Provide a prepaid return label, or
• Offer a replacement (if available), or
• Issue a full refund

There is no cost to you for returns due to seller error.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and seasonal reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged or not as described:

• Personal care items
• Intimate apparel
• Open/used candles or consumables
• Seasonal décor after the holiday has passed (unless defective)

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected. Refunds go back to the original payment method only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on my part.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship.
If tracking has already been uploaded or the item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and you will need to complete a standard return once the item arrives.
