Q1: How do I determine which voltage should be set?

A1: Please check the label or manual on the back of your device, find the "Output" outpput voltage spec, and set the adapter voltage according to the label.

Q2: Is this adapter suitable for my device?

A2: If the device voltage is between 3~12V, the current is less than 1.2A, the plug matches, and it is the center positive, it can be used. USB-C/Micro-USB devices cannot be used.

Q3: My device requires 12V 2A, can this adapter be used?

A3: No. This adapter only supports a maximum current of 1.2A, which cannot meet the load requirements of 2A devices and may cause overheating or damage.

Q4: How to switch voltage?

A4: Use the small key included in the package to rotate the voltage adjustment port on the power supply. The pointer indicates the current output voltage.

Q5: Why do you need to confirm the polarity?

A5: Because this adapter is designed with **center positive pole (+)**, if your device is center negative, it may cause the device to burn out. Be sure to confirm that the polarity is consistent before use.

Q6: What should I do if the device does not respond after I connect it to the power supply?
