The item is factory sealed, and has never been opened. It was purchased at Toys "R" Us in the USA during 2016 for the 20th anniversary. The item is the American version of the collection which contains a Charizard figure, instead of the European Jumbo Charizard card.

You can see the condition in the provided photos, and the collection box does have some dust, damage and dents.
