The mask of an LED display screen is designed to protect the LED from accidental damage and plays a crucial role in the overall display effect of the screen. The modular design allows for easy and quick replacement of modules or components or adjustment of the black layer on the screen surface on site.

The light trap design used in the face mask can maximize the absorption of external light and minimize the "flushing" effect on the screen surface. The unique geometric shape of the face mask brim design can remove rainwater and snow to prevent visual obstacles from forming on the LED light surface.

The material of the face mask is selected as PC+10% GF, with the addition of pure black masterbatch, anti UV agent and flame retardant. The flame retardant grade is 94-U0 and has strong deformation resistance, good flatness, and is not easy to crack, which can effectively protect the material from the impact of ultraviolet rays.

The surface of the face mask is sprayed with UV resistant high-temperature matte black oil, which is non reflective and has consistent ink color (consistent with the same batch of production ink color). After the entire screen is assembled, the black screen ink color is uniform and consistent, without modularization.

The function of the face mask:

1. Protect against UV by using the mask material of the LED display screen to prevent aging and discoloration of the mask after UV exposure.

2. Anti direct light, through the design of the face mask, can block the direct light from shining on the LED, while also placing the reflection of strong light on the LED light, which is important for the guarantee of the face mask. (The design of the face mask should have a coverage rate of 75% or more at noon)

3. Face mask anti glare, which refers to the slow scattering sawtooth pattern design of the screen body face mask to prevent glare. The LED display face mask must be anti glare, and the glare must be controlled within 10%, and the anti glare rate is mainly determined by the slow scattering of the face mask according to the tooth pattern.

4. The waterproof accumulation of the face mask refers to the design of the eye cap and water guide groove on the screen body to effectively and quickly remove rainwater or sprinkler water, without directly forming water accumulation on the LED light. This is important for the continuous display effect to be unaffected by external interference, and the level of water accumulation prevention is mainly determined by the design, maintenance, and cleaning of the eye cap and water guide groove on the face mask.
