During longer periods of "non-use", as is often the case during wintering, for example battery expand or disconnect from the on-board voltage.

or you can confirm disposal on our invoice. This receipt must not be older than 2 weeks and must be submitted to us no later than 4 weeks after purchase.
Please send us the signed and stamped disposal receipt by email or by post.
3) After we have received your receipt, the purchased deposit item will be refunded using the same payment method,
through which the item was purchased.
If you paid by bank transfer, please send us your bank details for a refund.
