Autorecambios OK will not be liable for transport damage if the customer DOES NOT INDICATE on the carrier's delivery note that the package is damaged / NOT CONFORM.

If the customer accepts a damaged package without indicating it on the delivery note and does not inform us of the damage within 24 hours of delivery, we will be unable to assume the cost of the damaged product and the customer cannot make a claim against Autorecambios OK.
