If you're worried about the low feedback please note my other ebay account is actually my wife's account "kaisstuff" and I've sold over 800 products (lots of retro PC hardware and full systems) with 100% feedback on that account but my Wife wishes to use it again to sell some of her clothes, so I'm migrating over to this account.

Hi,

Welcome to my listing for a Compaq CM0900 Midi tower PC.

This is in good condition for it's age and amazingly still has the click shut door and USB cover still intact which is very unusual, I've had about half a dozen of these and one or both are usually missing or broken.

This has not had a full restoration, all I've done is put Win98se on it to make sure everything worked, tried a benchmark and Quake II and both worked fine.

It has a 466mhz Celeron and onboard Intel Graphics and onboard ESS Solo-1 sound, a 4gb hdd which is a little bit whiny but works fine, FDD works ok but I'd strip, clean and lube it, CD works fine with CDR's but again I'd strip and clean it.

There is a small dent on the left side panel and some scuffs here and there on the metal which I've photographed and right at the bottom at the back of the case there's a little bit of rust, the Model badge is missing off the top of the door.

It requires a full strip down and thorough clean as it's pretty dusty and dirty and it's a bit yellow but it's quite evenly yellow if you get me.

I don't have the time or room to finish this, I've just got too much stuff now so this is one that needs to go.

So be aware before buying that it needs work to be completed and I've not stripped it all down.

Any questions, please feel free to ask.

Please see my other Retro PC items and also on my other account (kaisstuff), though all newly listed items will be posted on this account, I am not a business seller this is just my hobby restoring these old machines back to their former glory and I really enjoy seeing them go to a new home and enjoyed.
I have far too much stuff it's getting a bit silly so I will be listing a fair amount over the coming weeks, some parts, some systems and some restored systems.
