This Pentax ME has been film tested and is in good working condition but it does have a few issues. The adjustment ring has come off as shown. It goes back on but seems to be missing a retainer or screw. All pieces that have come off are included for reassembly. The battery cover shows corrosion but it's only external - the inside and the compartment itself are clean and have new batteries inside. The light meter works as it should. The lens does have some fungus inside and the teleconverter is missing the release button. It can still be released with a small screwdriver.
