Ships quickly and packaged with care. We spend more to ship than most other people because of our extra packaging. If something does break during shipment. Please send us a picture of the item and we will work to resolve the issue.

We sell a lot of dishes. I wash them all and that gives me a chance to really look the item over. I throw a lot of dishes away. If I do list a dish with an issue, I do my best to point out the issue in the condition description and often circle the issue in a picture.
