GM OEM Roller Lifter 12740071 newest part number.  Reppaces old numbers 12698946 12680871 12645725 4.8L 5.3L  6.2L. new in package..over bought and have extra.  This is the dod/afm lifter. The lifter with the spring on it.  As pictured.  If you have a failure on a vehicle that is equipped with a vlom/ valve lifter manifold.. u need to replace your vlom at same time when ur lifters fail.
