We ship items within 3 business days. Items purchased after 2pm on Fridays will ship the following Wednesday. 

If you are local and would like to pick up your item(s), we offer local pickup at our retail locations in Fairview Park and Brook Park, Ohio. Items can be picked up during regular store hours. After making a purchase, kindly send us a message specifying your preferred pickup location. Please ensure to pick up your items within 7 days from the agreed-upon pickup date. Items not picked up within this period will be considered a donation.
