2024-25 Upper Deck Credentials Hockey aims to recreate the experience of attending an NHL game in sports card form. It’s not just the action on the ice. It takes what you do in the stands as well. Of course, there are metaphorical spins and some creative license but the end result makes for variety in both the types of cards on the checklist but styles as well.
Autographs headline the promised content in every hobby box, landing one per. Collectors can also expect a lot of inserts and numbered cards in each box as well.
The base set has two sections, veterans and Debut Ticket Access, which represent the product’s Rookie Cards.
Vets total 100 cards and have seven levels of parallels:
Some cards also have autographs, which land 1:36 packs. These have additional Purple (/10) and Black (1/1) parallels.
The 50 Debut Ticket Access cards are one of the parts of Credentials that offers a direct nod to the fan experience. Similar to Panini Contenders and Fleer Authentix from more than 20 year ago, the design is based on game tickets. Base versions are numbered to 999. Parallels include:
Debut Ticket Access cards also have horizontal variations that land 1:9 packs. Red (/99), Pink (/25), Purple (/10) and Black (1/1) versions are available for these as well.
The Debut Ticket Access theme reaches past the base set. This includes autographs, which all come with on-card ink, not stickers.
Base versions are numbered to either 299 or 199 depending on the player. Yellow (/85), Green (/25), Purple (/10) and Black (1/1) make up the signature rainbow.
Horizontal Debut Ticket Access Autographs have just 99 copies each plus Purple (/15) and Black (1/1) parallels.
Swapping traditional glossy stock for something harder and more plastic-like are Acetate Debut Ticket Access (/199) and Acetate Ticket Access (/99) cards. These are available with autographs as well, none of which have more than 99 copies.
The clear theme carries over to Acetate Retro Ticket Access (1:240 packs) and Acetate Retro Ticket Access Rookies (1:120 packs).
For those looking for more hard signatures, there are Retro Ticket Access Autographs, which are 1:160 packs for vets and 1:48 packs for rookies. These have Gold parallels numbered to 5.

Arena giveaways get the spotlight in several of them. Die-cut Bobbleheads are limited to 1,000, 500 or 100 copies depending on the player. Blue Back parallels are numbered to 25.
Repetitive Head Shirts (250 copies each) and Hawaiian Print Shirts (100 copies each) are other popular giveaways given the trading card treatment. Like Bobbleheads, these have Blue Back versions limited to 25.
Other limited inserts include Jerseys (750 copies each), Championship Rings (400 copies each) and illustrated Fleer Pro Visions (veterans and rookies – 1:300 packs, legends – 1:600 packs).
Speed of the Game Stars (1:32 packs) and Speed of the Game Rookies (1:11 packs) return.
More common inserts are Front Row Talent (1:3 packs), Jumping on the Ice (1:4 packs), Cheered to the Rafters (1:5 packs), That’s a Hatty (1:5 packs), Frozen Fight (1:7 packs), and Milestone Pucks (1:7 packs), which use photos showing players with the pucks from important moments like their first goals or hat tricks. All of these come with additional Red (/299) and Green (/75) parallels. Tough autographs are also available for some cards.
Ten packs of 2024-25 Upper Deck Credentials Hockey will come with a redemption for an autographed jersey from Upper Deck Authenticated. Connor McDavid, Alexis Lafrenière, Nick Suzuki and Shane Wright are the only players on the list.

If there is a card pulled that does not have an auction spot, we will use random.org to randomize the card to all auction spots for this break. If a retired player is pulled, we will award it to the team on the card. If no team is on the card, it will be the jersey they are wearing in the picture, then the team they spent time with the longest (if it comes to that). Please, no e-checks, as other buyers will not want to wait for your payment to clear before we can start the break. If a buyer fails to pay on time, their team(s) will be offered up to the group before the start of the break. In the event of a power loss and/or loss of internet service, the show will be put on pause and communication will go out to each winner about when the show picks back up. Refunds are not issued in this case. Bakersfield Hobby cannot assure the claims made by the product companies on their hit guarantees. For instance: If a specific brand claims that there are two autographs/box and we only pull one, this is not grounds for a refund from Bakersfield Hobby.
