I sold a lot of NECA items over the years and I always take lots of pictures because people are claiming there's damage when there is not. We are not responsible for the inside sealed figure and a lot of people have switched them out hoping to get a better deal. So this item is sold as is as you can see it is a mint figure in all the pictures there is some damage to the package including an area where the cardboard got poked by the figure and some creases and scuffs
