- "Soundcheck VIP Package" is tied to the original purchaser and is technically non-transferable according to venue/promoter/ticket distributer policy.
- VIP Nation "The Soundcheck VIP coordinator" requires all parties to provide mobile ticket, copy of their ID, the original purchaser's ID, and possibly other identifiers like: letter of request for admittance from original purchaser, a copy of original credit card used for purchase, and or instructions sent by VIP Nation; to receive Soundcheck VIP benefits if original purchaser is not present with all parties.
- Seller will provide a copy of photo ID of original purchaser, letter of request to allow buyer access, a copy of credit card used for original purchase and possibly (but not guaranteed email of VIP soundcheck instructions which usually arrives 2-3 days prior to event) if applicable.
- Buyer is responsible to follow up and verify they received all pertinent information prior to event day. (Please make sure seller is provided with accurate contact information and name; for the letter of request)
- If your party is not arriving at the same time, they will also need a separate copy of seller's information.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to follow Soundcheck VIP access instructions including arriving on time and providing VIP Nation with all requested information to receive all or part of the Soundcheck VIP experience.
- According to VIP Nation, the Soundcheck VIP Package typically provides: Premium reserved seating, soundcheck access, early venue entry, access to designated merchandise lane or preshow shopping window to buy tour gear with shorter wait times, exclusive VIP gift item, custom VIP laminate and lanyard, and dedicated check-in area (look for the VIP Nation Flags near the entrance to the venue) and on-site VIP event staff to assist you throughout the day.
- Be aware of usual access times; general access is usually 1-2 hours before event time, soundcheck is usually 2-3 hours before event time, soundcheck access is usually 1-3 hours before soundcheck time, VIP check in is usually 2-6 hours before soundcheck time. If and when more specific times for this specific event becomes available, you will be sent the information prior to day of event. Otherwise, if specific information is not available prior to concert day, be aware of the usual event times and try to be earlier than later, because if you miss the access times you will not be allowed into the Soundcheck and may not receive the other Soundcheck VIP benefits. Be prepared to arrive at least 6 hours before the concert event takes place to receive all of the Soundcheck VIP benefits.
- Since access to the Soundcheck VIP benefits is determinate on a case by case bases including the actions of the buyer and VIP Nation staff, seller can not guarantee buyers will receive full or even partial Soundcheck VIP benefits associated with this event ticket other than access to the main event itself. Please do your own inquiry as to the validity and risks involved in purchasing event tickets with associated Soundcheck VIP benefits as a third party purchaser.
- A lot of information is available online of fans and their experiences with third party purchases of event tickets. And even VIP Nation's website will give you information on how to check in if the original buyer is not with you. You can contact VIP Nation and Ticketmaster directly. They will tell you the benefits are not transferable but also give you instructions on how to check in to receive the Soundcheck VIP benefits when the original buyer is not with you. Which is a common occurrence since buyer may not arrive at the venue at the same time with all of their party. Although I've sold hundreds of tickets and I have yet to here of anyone who was not allowed access to the Soundcheck VIP benefits when buyer followed all the instructions stated above. You are still risking that you may not receive the benefits unless you purchased the tickets directly from the venue or ticket distributor. You will most likely be denied if you do not have enough of the original buyer's information or your required information or you are late to check in.
- The event ticket can only be transferred to buyer via Ticketmaster app. Buyer must open or have an account set up with Ticketmaster to receive the transfer. Buyer must provide the seller with the name and email of the account to receive the transfer. Ticketmaster will email the buyer when mobile transfer is ready to be accepted by buyer through the Ticketmaster app.
- "After" the purchase of the tickets, buyer needs to notify the seller with the name and email associated with the buyers Ticketmaster account. Within 24 hours after the purchase of the tickets and providing the seller with buyer's name and email, buyer should receive an email of the request and instructions to accept the transfer of tickets through the Ticketmaster account. Also seller will send the original purchaser's information (besides the letter from the Soundcheck VIP promoter's instruction letter, which usually is received 2-3 days prior to event. Seller will forward the letter immediately after it is received but it is common to not receive the instructions due to various reasons. If you do not receive the exact instructions prior to the event please refer to the usual event times and check the venue's website for various rules like having only clear bags and food and beverage rules.
Due to the complexity of communication required by seller and buyer of event tickets with associated Soundcheck VIP benefits I only sell these types of tickets and communicate only through this site's platform and messaging application to protect me as a reseller and protect you as a buyer. As a seller I am able to provide all documents to buyer directly and buyer can ask questions freely to seller, where as popular ticket resale platforms do not allow seller to send pertinent information to buyer or allow buyer to communicate with seller to help facilitate the buyer to even, attempt to receive the benefits associated with event tickets, since they consider the transaction complete when the mobile access to the tickets are transferred to buyer even if the ticket is referred to as having Soundcheck VIP benefits. Most of the Soundcheck VIP tickets available on these platforms are sold by large ticketing agencies who prefer not to deal with those details and or can't provide the companies information even though the tickets may refer to having Soundcheck VIP privileges.
