Dawes Double Edge Alloy Framed Tandem size 19" / 15" which fits approximately 5ft 6" to 6ft height 'Captain' on the front with a 'Stoker' of around 5ft to 5ft 6" height on the back.
The 'butterfly bars' on the back are my wife's preference, but they can easily be swapped for the standard bars shown on the ground in photo 10.
The matt black paint on the alloy frame is really good and clean.
It has 27 Shimano gears for easy hillclimbing and powerful 200mm diameter disc brakes front & rear for safe stopping.
The tyres & inner tubes were replaced in the last couple of years and the mudguards are Chromoplastic.
The pedals are alloy MTB and the rear carrier is also alloy.
The seat heights and reach to the bars are all adjustable with a telescopic alloy rear stem.
The saddles are WTB Rocket for the Captain & WTB Comfort for the Stoker.
There's a Trip Computer, two water bottle carriers and a bell!
This is a seriously well specced leisure tandem.
