You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

The refund or replacement will be processed with the tracking number of return label which is provided by seller only. - Damage caused by natural disasters, flood fire, lightning, or pollution.
- If the item was opened, any parts removed or repaired by any unauthorized person.
- If damaged parts are the TFT screen or the screen has less than 3 dead pixels.
