This is an adorable Vintage Sad Crying Basset Hound Dog Puppy Vinyl Coin Piggy Bank 1971 My Toy with Plug!

In gently pre-owned condition. I cannot verify if the plug is the original, it seems a tad bit small and falls through hole if not positioned properly.
