Numerous studies have unveiled an extensive role for vitamin D within the hunman body. Researchers have expressed concern about the widespread vitamin D deficiency now seen in the UK. It is believed that at least 2000IU of vitamin D3 is required as a daily intake to maintain adequate blood levels.

Directions:
