Returns:

All items are sold as-is and no returns will be accepted.  Returns are only accepted if the item(s) has been grossly misrepresented and must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Shipping:

I pride myself on fast, safe, and accurate shipping. Packages will usually ship the same day as the payment is received, depending on what time and day it is.

Please ensure the shipping address on file with eBay is correct.  Per eBay Policy I am not permitted to change the shipping address.

Combined Shipping is available.  Combined shipping cost is based on actual shipping weight.  A combined shipping discount will be only offered if an invoice has been requested.  Please request an invoice to be sent for combined shipping at the top of your cart.  If it is not giving you that option, please contact me before finalizing the purchase, so that I may assist you.  

To request an invoice for combined shipping, please follow these instructions:  

• 1.  Add the items to your Shopping Cart.  
• 2.  When the Shopping Cart pops up, click "See in cart".  
• 3.  At the top of the shopping cart there should be "Request combined shipping".  
• 4.  Click on "Request combined shipping."  

If it is not giving you that option of "Request combined shipping", please let me know and send by sending a screenshot, so that I may contact eBay regarding the issue.  In the meantime, I will work something out with you. 

USPS (United States Postal Service):

USPS sets shipping costs. 

Purchases made Monday thru Friday after 2:00 PM (EST) will be taken to the Post Office the next business day.  Purchases made on Friday after 2:00 PM (EST), or on Saturday & Sunday will be taken to the Post Office on Monday. 

Federal Express and UPS:

FedEx & UPS sets shipping costs.

Closed Saturday & Sunday

FedEx and UPS pick up packages at the local drop off at 3:00 PM EST Monday - Friday Only
