This is a home sewn vintage cream color dress with lace overlay.
The under dress/slip is sewn to the lace overlay. There is tulle under the upper inset sewn to the under dress.
The lace has scalloped edges.
The stand-up collar has been stiffened and has scalloped edges.
It has princess seam vertically along the bust and also down the back.
There is a front inset with clear sparkly sequins.  The back flower has clear sequins.
The hort sleeves have a spattering of clear sequins. 

I measured some parts of both pieces.
Length: Outer dress: 36 Inches. Under dress: slightly less
Under dress bust: 35 inches
Outer dress bust: 40 inches
Under dress around the hem: 21 inches
Outer dress around the hem: 28 inches
Under dress back metal zipper: 16 inches
Outer dress back opening: 16 inches
Back flower accent is about 2.5 inches with (2) 26-inch ribbons
The back opening has 2 hook & eyes closures at the top
& 3 metal snaps on the lower part. I reinforced 2 of the snaps.

The dress weighs 10.5 ounces

The underdress is a semi-stiff slick fabric. 
I do not know the fabric content.
I recently hand washed the garment.
The dress is very well made for a home sewn garment.

There is a blue tag sewn in.
It has: 1075 style
            1 color
            10 size
             35 lot
Along where the seamline is are the words SEW HERE
