March 29th 1916 Broadside from White Sox Spring Training. In front of 2000 fans in rural texas, the white Sox had an inter team bout where the starting lineup took on the teams hopefuls of making the main roster. Shoeless Joe hit 2 homers in the game as well as a single and a steal! The only recorded multi home run game I've ever read about him having. As well as a Collins homer. The back of the broadside has a partial billhead attached from the crazy well Hotel. This is the hotel where the white Sox stayed for the entire spring.
