• Shipping Policy

  We ship all our items through various National Carriers. Orders received on or before 11:30 am are dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 11:30 am will be dispatched the next working day. We shall mark the item as "Dispatched" and upload the tracking number once the item is dispatched.

  Once item is dispatched the carrier will update the tracking accordingly and will contact the buyer once it is scheduled for delivery. The carrier will also contact the buyer via email or SMS (on the number provided with the order) to confirm the delivery date and time.

  We can also schedule the delivery according to the buyer's availability in some cases it is not possible due to the item size and the buyer's postcode.

  Please Check your item upon arrival and if you find any damages or anything wrong with the item, please refuse the delivery and inform us within 24 Hours and we shall send a replacement for the item.

  After receiving the delivery if you find any part Broken/Damaged/Missing, please send us the part name and number from the assembly instruction sheet and we shall send the replacement parts. We may need images for the damaged or broken parts for replacement.

  If you have changed your mind after placing the order and want to cancel the order please inform us immediately so we can cancel the order before dispatch. If cancellation request received after the item is dispatched we shall not be able to cancel the order until the item arrives back to us.

  Our Returns process is simple and smooth. We follow eBay returns policy. Details are given below:

  Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase.

  Item Must be returned in its original packing with all the parts and fittings.

  Item Must not be full or part assembled.

  Buyer pays return postage cost.
